B) Unsurpassed 7/8” Glass Seal
For superior insulating properties, our glass units are made with two panes of double strength glass and the Super Spacer™ system. We use
polyisobutylene that is hot sealed with warm edge technology for a seal that is virtually guaranteed to never fail. This process provides you with one of the warmest glass units in the industry.

Heritage window frames are filled with open-cell polyurethane foam (similar to the insulation in a refrigerator door) to maximize insulating value.

G) Constant Force Coil Balances
Constant force balances keep your sashes steady when raising or lowering your window. Constructed of heavy duty steel, these coils never need adjustment and are quieter than typical balance systems.
H) Locking Pivot Shoes
Our locking pivot shoes safely hold your window in place when tilting it in to clean. Our competitors shoes don’t lock which could cause your glass to fall out of the window when tilting in. We make it safer.

Both sashes in our windows slide or tilt in for extra ventilation and easy cleaning.
